Terms & Conditions:
1. Only participants with registered and verified Shopee accounts can
log-in the Shopee app and claim their raffle code.
2. Claiming of codes will follow the schedule below:
a. May 31 Draw: May 30 (6:30 PM) to May 31 (4:00 PM)
b. Jun 1 Draw: May 31 (6:30 PM) to Jun 1 (4:00 PM)
c. Jun 2 Draw: Jun 1 (6:30 PM) to Jun 2 (4:00 PM)
d. Jun 3 Draw: Jun 2 (6:30 PM) to Jun 3 (4:00 PM)
e. Jun 4 Draw: Jun 3 (6:30 PM) to Jun 4 (4:00 PM)
3. Shopee users’ unique raffle code from their check-in will count as one
(1) raffle entry for the Shopee Milyonaryo.
4. Users can get additional entries per draw when they purchase Mobile
Load or Data via the Shopee App from 6:30 PM to 3:00PM, 1
completed order = 1 additional entry. Same raffle code will be used for
users with additional entries.If the user’s order is cancelled or
refunded then the additional raffle entry will be forfeited.
5. Claiming of additional raffle entries will follow the schedule below:
a. May 31 Draw: May 30 (6:30 PM) to May 31 (3:00 PM)
b. Jun 1 Draw: May 31 (6:30 PM) to Jun 1 (3:00 PM)
c. Jun 2 Draw: Jun 1 (6:30 PM) to Jun 2 (3:00 PM)
d. Jun 3 Draw: Jun 2 (6:30 PM) to Jun 3 (3:00 PM)
e. Jun 4 Draw: Jun 3 (6:30 PM) to Jun 4 (3:00 PM)
6. Qualified additional raffle entries for a particular draw cannot be
carried over to the next draw.
7. Users can check their digital purchase history to see how many
additional raffle entries they have gained from purchasing Mobile
Load or Data. Cancelled or refunded transactions will be not
considered as qualified raffle entries.
8. One (1) lucky user will be verified and called by Shopee using the
user’s pre-registered numbers and be given instructions to watch
Wowowin and be called further by the host on-air.
9. The user with the winning code will be called on air to choose among
six (6) boxes. Five (5) boxes will contain #0 (“BOKYA”) and one (1) box
will contain ®1M.
10. Shopee users without indicated contact details on Shopee’s back end
will be disqualified from winning the prizes. In the event that the
drawn winner has no indicated contact details (i.e. mobile number) in
his/her Shopee account, s/he will be disqualified from winning the
prizes and a new winner will be drawn under the supervision of DTI.
11. A Shopee representative under the supervision of a DTI representative
will call the drawn user using their pre registered mobile numbers to
verify their account information found on Shopee’s Back End.
12. Drawn users who were not able to answer after three (3) call attempts
will win a consolation prize of #200 worth of Shopee voucher
(Voucher Terms & Conditions apply). Voucher will be manually
credited to the user within 72 hours.
13. The drawn user who will answer the preshow call will win #200 worth
of Shopee voucher (Voucher Terms & Conditions apply) and will also
be called on air to choose among six (6) boxes; wherein five (5) boxes
will contain #0 (“BOKYA”) and one (1) box will contain ® 1M. Voucher
will be manually credited to the user within 72 hours.
14. Users are highly encouraged to enable / turn on their Push
Notifications.
15. The winners of Shopee Milyonaryo will have to give their personal
information and other supporting documents via a form that will be
sent through push notification/s. A Shopee representative will be
coordinating with the winners throughout the whole process.
16. Shopee reserves the right to disqualify users that are marked as
fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system) in concurrence with DTI. Past
winner/s of Shopee’s Segment Buy games are also disqualified from
winning any prize from Shopee Milyonaryo
17. Winners must consent to having their usernames and names
announced on TV and online touchpoints (i.e. Shopee Live, Shopee
Facebook account) in the event that the user won the grand prize.
18. Winners could claim their cash prizes through accredited remittance
centers after being contacted by Shopee. Applicable taxes on the
prizes will be shouldered by Shopee.
19. Employees of Shopee Philippines including their relatives up to the
second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from
joining the promotion. We will be drawing buffer entries to replace
disqualified winner under supervision of DTI.
20. Further, if the grand prize winner has already won from the previous
Shopee Milyonaryo raffles, s/he will automatically be disqualified. We
will be drawing buffer entries to replace disqualified winner under the
supervision of DTI.
21. Shopee reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions. In the
event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any
marketing or promotional materials relating to Shopee Milyonaryo,
these Terms and Conditions shall prevail with prior approval of DTI.
